that's fine, such lines are only local decisions

I removed from /trunk/rules and dumped in my sandbox till dev team gives
its +1 for addition ot SA ruleset

thanks a lot - merged it with mine (cat | sort | uniq) and rebuilt
the bayes from scratch with the result ntokens reduced by 3251
