block newletter type spam with long url

hi

we are getting spam with long url links to external websites. some times the links are hundreds of characters long.

few examples given below

basically i need to block any url which contains several alphanumeric characters at the end.

http://domainname.com/dfd/b7e7c7f=a5d66e_a4404d9

is there any rule to block these ?

could somebody guide me on this please ?
