Yes, that does look like it. If that hasn't made it into the standard
Fedora repo by the time of my next scheduled update I'll pull it it from
Testing - I've got enough other stuff I need to deal with right now
without adding in a 3.3.2->3.4.0 conversion.

Final follow-up

Yesterday my weekly Fedora 20 update delivered SA 3.4.0 and updated
Net::DNS back 0.75 from last week's downgrade to 0.72. 

I've just been running tests using my standard SA 3.3.2 configuration
and, apart from a tweak or to to local rule scores, its all running well
and producing the expected results on my test corpus.
