So, this means that the BAYES_999 mixup is not just a temporary problem
that will be fixed with next data update; those of us who use a
distribution's packaged version are screwed until the distribution
merges the patch. :-(
Why not make the BAYES_999 rule hit *in addition* to BAYES_99
and just assign it an additional score (difference from BAYES_99).
This way the BAYES_99 rule could stay as it is.
