see the sa_* settings in that guide, ask if you need more help with the good guide there, if you want to reject set sa_kill_* with a lover value, this is done in amavisd.conf by default, if not set it would use embed settings in amavisd, all settins can be pr user if you use sql/ldap backend in amavisd
keep scores in order, to keep functionalyti as the example is defined, eg do not use a tag level highter then a kill level :)
