Local test only with custom rbl. How?

I run my own rbl and uribl blacklists and want to disable all other 
networks tests

However when I run spamd with -L option all network test are disabled 
including mine.

Neither of my tests have  tflags net  option

Any idea?
I don´t want to set score 0.0 to tons of network tests.
