Regular spam with distinctive URLs

I've been getting messages featuring distinctive URLs for some months 
and they're about the only spam that's making it past SA. I've posted a 
few example URLs at http://pastebin.com/qWvsW8HZ , you can see that they 
all follow a similar pattern (i.e. keywords in the path along with 
series of numbers and cut up with symbols) but I don't see how I can 
write a REGEXP to get them. Are other people also suffering from these?
