I only recommend to use --forget for localy broken (misformatted)
mail. That means, only if you know that mail can't be checked by SA
and no matter what you have learnt it, it will spoil scoring.
otherwise, learn as ham.
if --spam is used on corpus, its not that much needed to use --ham
aswell, --forget on ham mails helps reduce digest, but still keep --spam
digest, but if one does not use corpus, then dont use --forget

senders that put my email into body content will deliver it to my own
trashcan, so if you like to get reply, dont do it
