I'd really appreciate if someone could help me locate the missing

All of those dependencies are in the trunk sandbox and are being published.
Are you perhaps not using up-to-date base rules?
Is sa-update successfully updating your system with the base rules?
I thought sa-update was running properly. The updates.spamassassin.org
channel appears to be being updated properly:

Could it be the case that the above rules aren't in any of the
channels I've listed? Are the trunk sandbox rules the same as
updates.spamassassin.org?
It's still updating the above channels regularly, but I'm still not
seeing the rules with broken dependencies.
I would suggest looking in your /var/lib/spamassassin folder and
checking a few of the rules.
The only dependency error I see with a clean trunk and sa-update is:
