Same here:

$ pyzor discover
downloading servers from http://pyzor.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/inform-servers-0-3

$ pyzor ping
public.pyzor.org:24441  (401, 'Unauthorized: User is not authorized to request 
the operation.')
$

This explains the Pyzor errors I've had recently. .
