AFAIK/AFAIR: Spamcop.net "quick reporting" automatically sens reports/LARTs about spam reported via SMTP _based on mail routing only_ (no reports/LARTs about spamvertized web sites). It has been intended for spamtraps' catch. Reporting again "the usual way" could to easily create duplicate reports.
