spamcop has a reputation of being somewhat aggressive on blocking, and their website recommends using it in a scoring system (eg. SpamAssassin) rather than for outright blocking. That said, many folks (including me) use it anyway and find it acceptable. Again, you should check their website and review their published listing policy to see if this is something you want to block. Blocking mail is a very site-specific choice.
