First, you'd need to check if you need any features which only Amavisd
can offer.
If the answer is "no", I'd go for Fuglu.
It uses spamd, interfaces with Clamav, etc.
Written in Python, real easy to setup & manage.
Well documented and under active development.
Been using in production for quite a while, on a dozen of high traffic
boxes and happy :)
