I was wondering if any of you guys/gals from the SA community using
the WL[1] zone from MailSpike would be willing to share statistical
results or any other feedback (here or privately, as you prefer).
We get enough feedback about the blacklist, but not much about the WL[1].
The only (public) metrics that I'm ware of are in
http://www.intra2net.com/en/support/antispam/blacklist.php_dnsbl=RCVD_IN_MAILSPIKE_WL.html
Those look very good for this sort of list I guess, but I'm sure
results may be quite different for other scenarios (also depending on
the methodology and implementation).
[1] Not a whitelist per se, since it's perfectly normal to see spam,
for example coming from providers such as google, hotmail, etc. It's
more of a "this is not a bad guy" list.
