Not within SA, and as Kevin said, I doubt it will ever be added.
If you're doing this regularly I'd suggest writing a small shell script or
perl script to process a definition file to generate the rules. For
example, your source could be a text file having one RE per line, and
the script could read that, generate subrule names, and compose the meta
rule based on how many REs were present.
