My guess is you'd need to write a plugin based on the FreeMail plugin: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/spamassassin/trunk/lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/FreeMail.pm?view=markup 20_freemail.cf 20_freemail_domains.cf include some relevant rules.
