Sometimes this sort of rule is needed. I find they're about the only way
to catch spam injected into mailing lists via a web forum since this
type of spam has almost identical headers to ham from the same source.

SA can handle very large rules of this type - I've heard megabytes
quoted - but, because the regex must be on one line, they quickly get
annoying to maintain and splitting the alternates list into a set of
subrules doesn't help very much. If you find you need to use this type
