I have copies of both running and both contain a copy of the cron.d sa-update cron job, so its safe to assume that Fedora 14 did too.
However, earlier Fedora versions didn't include it. I know this because I wrote my own sa_update weekly cron job in 2009 and its still lurking in my CVS repository. Martin
