Hi, we recently installed SA on our system. For some reason, we don't see the spam reports we used to see before (appended to the email body).
Is this feature no longer available? We are seeing some emails incorrectly identified as SPAM and I have no way of trying to figure out what caused it to think that w/o the reports... unless there is another way? All I have is the score 5.7/5.0 etc. Thanks
