procmail needs unix account, mua can run without one

users should just learn to filter based on X-Spam-Status: header, whether
this happend on server or at home is not the point but alone the
implemention

if your server have sieve, then sieve can be avail to nearly all clients
even microsoft have sieve plugings, this way users can control what to do
on servers with out unix accounts

there is nummerous ways to make it, but i belive users will be most happy
with simple things :)

have anything from microsoft in shell is a joke
