Well, I got it.
I have malwarepatrol rules for name server in use, it disabled
s3.amazonaws.com.
While s3.amazonaws.com != rules.yerp.org.s3.amazonaws.com is starter to
resolve when I removed s3.amazonaws.con from malwarepatrol.conf
Strange.
