I wonder if there's any other chance to effectively block mails that contain
unwanted languages. I know of ok_locales and ok_languages/Textcat, but they
don't really work reliable/effective for me. From what I’ve seen in other
related discussions, ok_locales fails as soon as UTF-8 is used in a mail
while Textcat has problems to identify short mails or just reports back too
much possible languages.

So are there any other plugins to work with or do we have to rely on Bayes
and blacklists to stop this kind of messages?
