yep, a /28 is pretty much useless all by itself. I don't think anyone will route anything less than a /24 today.

wish I could figure out how to get the /24 below me, and the two /24's above me. but, seems if you abandon an ip block, here is no way for anyone else to recover it. a shame considering.

I wonder how much of the 'allocated' ipv4 is abandoned?
