We see a pretty good benefit from the anti-phishing email reply list.
It's not so much a good tool to catch phishers as it is a good tool to
block spam sent from phished accounts.  (This is a particular attack
whereby phishers obtain email credentials, typically at a university,
in order to send tons of spam from the compromised account.)
