how to configure tcp.smtp

I am running qmailtoaster-plus on my centos box with below spamd version.


 

[r...@spd ~]# spamd --version

SpamAssassin Server version 3.2.5

  running on Perl 5.8.8

  with SSL support (IO::Socket::SSL 1.31)

  with zlib support (Compress::Zlib 2.024)

 

can anyone let me know how to configure tcp.smtp file to configure internal
mail scanning..

 

It's a very basic question but I have tried with many option but did not
worked..
