The last server to give a 250 SMTP Code is responsible for for sending the
bounce message. If they send the message to your server and your server
gives a 550 SMTP code then it's still the users own server who is responible
for sending the bounce message.

The only other way to do it is if you manually sort through emails who's
"to" address is mistyped. I personally rather not do that.
