Yes, I should have made that more clear. I did, and it says because it
has been found to send spam, but that doesn't make sense. How could it
not be a FP, coming from Twitter? I've also seen several listed from
sears.com IPs, among others.

Even if they were found to have been listed 6 times in the last 80
days, isn't it more likely in error than twitter legitimately sending
spam? Why is it that spamcop seems to be the only one that considers
it spam?

This is an even better analysis of that IP, and even shows it's
