Alex, I'm pretty sure that you are already using PSBL through my khop-bl channel, which adds PSBL, BRBL, Spam-eating Monkey (SEMBLACK), HostKarma/JunkEmailFilter, and, more recently, MSPIKE (as per a request from João) to pre-3.3.0 spamassassin versions.
