"probably not ... need".  You are allowed to go there, though. :)

Most of us devs do, the active ones at least. Some even try to help
solve user's issues and confusion.

I am and will continue to tell people who believe their idea is worth-
while enough to call for the devs, to go where they are. Just like I
sometimes try to sanitize and moderate this list with respect to OT
discussions going out of hand.

Exactly. If you want the attention of time-constrained devs, you know
where to go.
