But I rather think that this is a vendor that wants to drive traffic. Look at the footer of the apachemirror sites. All of it points to domains held/used by the same vendor. So, in the hope that a lot of people might try "www.takeyellow.com" by its own they put it there. It's an open link directory, if you look closer and not one of those faked "search pages" that you often find on hi-jacked domains.
