Doesn't look like it strips trusted / internal network IPs. Should be
identical to what gets sent to SpamCop, since this module is mostly a copy
of the SpamCop module.
spamcop has a 'quick reporter' option that allows you to send test
emails in/out, and once registered like that, spamcop will exclude those
ips.
spamcop ALSO looks at the envelope to (or to), and if the mx matches,
they exclude.
example: email went to scheid...@secnap.net. and the mx's for
secnap.net matched a couple of the received headers, so they exclude those.
