how should we know? Maybe it's not doing TXT field lookups or a server in the chain doesn't do them or a firewall doesn't like that. It's best you talk to your service provider and ask for the nameservers you should use. Then compare with what you have set. There might also be some caching involved, so a reboot might help. It seems you are not getting any answers back to TXT type queries.
