http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/AutolearningNotWorking It would show disabled if use_bayes or use_bayes_autolearn is off. Have you trained enough spam/ham messages? Check bayes_min_ham_num/bayes_min_spam_num and bayes_auto_learn_threshold_spam/bayes_auto_learn_threshold_nonspam. -Herbert
