i might be wrong, yet it doesnt appear to me that Jari have enough mail
volume to have a reasonable statistical base...

The perspective on spam does depend on your situation. For example, from
my perspective email from yahoo.fr is nearly 100% spam. However if I
were in France it would look quite different. My system is tuned to the
spam and ham that my customers get. And I'm a small fish in a big pond.
I'm only filtering a few thousand domains.
