Thanks. I think I'm ok now. Since I'm running Fedora 10 and all the stuff is
RPM based, I had to (ok, I wanted to) get the src.rpm for Fedora 11 and build
it myself. Before i could do that, I had to add

perl-ExtUtils-CBuilder-0.24-73.fc10.i386
perl-Module-Build-0.3200-73.fc10.i386
perl-Net-DNS-Resolver-Programmable-0.003-3.fc9.noarch

before I could even build

perl-Mail-SPF-2.006-3.fc10.noarch
from
perl-Mail-SPF-2.006-3.fc12.src.rpm

Now they're all installed and I should be good.
