I also just switched web hosts and went with Dream Host, primarily because they do allow you to run your own compiled SA installation (you can of course use theirs if you wish), including bayes, should you chose. You will have to use one of their "Private Servers", which does cost a little more, but you can set up procmail, SA, cron jobs, the works.
