as with all BLs it takes:
- data, lots of it.
- some processing iron
- mirrors
- more mirrors
- even more mirrors
- a few ppl who get on well and are willing to manage the hole lot aka
"the team" in their free time
- users, user feedback (positive feedback helps)
this is a simplified version of the requirements.
what it requires most is a HUGE dosis of commitment.
