I couldn't find any place on junkmailfilter website to report this, so
I'll put it here.
I received a 419 scam email with this whitelist hit:
* -3.0 RCVD_IN_JMF_W RBL: Sender listed in JMF-WHITE
* [213.4.129.18 listed in hostkarma.junkemailfilter.com]
I found that using the whitelist was causing a lot of spam to get
through but not helping to get more ham through, so I decided to
"reduce" the recommended score on the website from "-5" to "-0.2".
By not helping ham get through do you mean that there were few ham hits
or that the ham was already scored ham and that the Hostkarma white list
didn't save anything from being scored as ham?
Also - is there a way in SA to do name based lookups rather that IP
based? The real power is in the name based lookups as long as you are
using FCrDNS.
