You'll
note that getting rid of the catch-all will significantly cut down on
your spam volume.
grep /path/to/maidir | grep "^To: " | sort -u
There's a start at least.
Now, start using +addressing for unique email addresses. Some idiot
webadmins reject '+' as an invalid character in an email, but I tend
to avoid people that stupid.
