You're misunderstanding the purpose of whitelist_from_spf. It is
intended for whitelisting mail from an address *only if it passes SPF
checks*, not for exempting an address from SPF checks.
In other words, the line above will whitelist (or more precisely give a
bonus of -100 points) all mail from orange spain received from the
server(s) specified in the SPF record.
