To be fair, this is the SpamAssassin users list. The purpose if this list isn't the discussion about the validity of ideas about possible future extensions to SPF, DKIM or whatever except as to how those ideas might have a direct impact on the usage or development of SpamAssassin.
I can't speak for others, but this is one reason why I haven't given my opinions about your proposed PSPF.
