meaningless garbage text. The sales message is contained in a PNG
image, but it could be other image types like jpeg.
The following rule may help. You'll need the ImageInfo plugin.

describe PNG_200_400 Contains png 200-250 x 400-450
score PNG_200_400 0.1
Adjust the score to fit your needs.
