yes this is expected
bots may late with dns changes,
or ignore it and pull simply to known ip adresses
if you use a antispam relay before exchange you should manage
exchange only accept mail from the relay an deliver out only
trough the relay, you may chnage A entry hostname and ip for the
exchange too, there are lots of faqs out using i.e postfix
as relay for exchange out in the web, read it
