Yes, quite noticable, about 50% since Jan. 15 or so, or was it Feb. 15? I read something about it recently where some researcher mentioned that the spam influx to mail servers that block a good portion of spam at MTA level do suddenly get much less spam than servers that take everything in and process the spam "in-house". But this picture isn't consistent and it also wasn't clear why this was happening (a new bot that's saving resources for the targets it seems worth to?.
