kai i was only trying to find out if there was something that could benefit clients or people that email them and save our organization time was all. evidentally, it is all a wild goose chase ...otherwise i would have gotten better understanding from many on the list that know what it is used for to help clients communicate with organizational administrators in dealing with problems or whatever - rh
