Hi, Highly probable the OP mail server got blacklist in RBL. In order to check it, try to monitor your mail server log when you are sending mail. The log will show if your mail server IP gets listed in RBL or not. It will also show the removal process. How did it get banned? Most probable you've got spyware infection in your network that sends spam.
