nonsense, as all software it must be handeled and adjusted
normally you or the admin may whitelist the sender in spamassassin
if this ist possible mailadmins are ignorants, change your email provider

aha, by what kind of telepathy , the mailserver should know this?

nonsense, you didnt understand spam marking techniques
small gifs are often use for gif spam ( viagra etc ), there are serveral
ways to detect
them i.e known hash or ocr scanning and comparing result with a bad word
database, vor flase positives whitelisting and/or lower scoring
is possible

fuzzy_ocr is a spam marking rule/application
in spamassassin
it can be configured depending to the mailserver setup
by either user oder admin from the mailserver,
this would avoid false postives,
its not the guilty of some software if ignorants use it !
