You CAN post it here... But it will most likely not be acted upon.

Go to spamassassin web site, look for bugzilla, get an account, post a
'bug'.

Michael, the Outlook Express rules need a bloody lot of work. I often
email an HTML document as an attachment, intentionally. (I do not like
to use anything other than plain text and attachments for email. And
this gets the HTML file transferred without the OE editor mucking it
up in any way.)

It routinely triggers a message that says "Outlook Express cannot send
mail in that format" or something like that. It gets annoying.

If he sends that bugzilla report please take it as a call to completely
review the trash called rules that are related to Outlook Express.
