I think senderbase is automatic.. You start spamming, you get on the list.
You stop spamming, (eventually) you get off the list.

You must be new to the 'net', so you get one free clue:

As for querying, did you even try to google for senderbase?
www.google.com

Type in 'senderbase'.  Big as life, 'Lookup'.
