Subject: Measuring the world's biggest email domains

Hi Jason,

I am the chairman of a German eco working group about
Sender-Authentication (http://www.eco.de/arbeitskreise/sauth.htm), in
this context I started http://www.agitos.de/dkim-reputation-project.html
which reveals interesting results: especially the blocking of single
spammer accounts coming from ISP mail domains is an interesting +.

Now I want to measure the world's biggest email domains to forgive more
spammers to "big" ISP domains than I would do for domains of a smaller
size.
For this measurement I scripted a small Spamassassin-Plugin:
http://www.agitos.de/pub/ReportDomainHit.pm with which a participant
reports alleged sender domains to our UDP logging server.

Some people of the eco working group already installed this plugin and I
get some interesting results, but - no doubt - the picture of global
domain mail rates is very "German" at time.
Therefore I am looking for people from all around the world who might
like to participate in this measurement (not too many to keep things
working). Every participant will get the aggregated, static information
after the measurement if liked.

It would be great if you could forward this message to admins who might
like to support this anti-spam project (it is totally uncommercial, I'm
doing all the DKIM stuff in my leisure time).

Best regards,
Florian
